This Land Is Our Land |
| At 2:30 pm Friday, August 9th 2002, Bill Last, Treasurer,
and Dave Leestma, President, (the two officers who must sign all contracts) met
at Rio Rancho Title Company and closed on the property. It took about 10
minutes. After all the struggles over the past two-and-a-half years to get to
that point, it seemed almost anti-climactic. Everyone knows of Murphy’s Law. Bill said it best,
“We have been on a first name basis with Murphy.”
